Music Ministry

Christian = Follower of Christ.  I define this because so many Americans believe they are “Christians” because they are Americans.  To be a follower of Christ is to have a personal relationship with God thru His son Jesus Christ.

     Like any relationship there must be communication to keep that relationship alive, healthy, and growing.  One of my strongest beliefs is that worship is a key part of that communication process.  Worship however is very diverse, and has three main facets.  

  • Worship via music, dance, and the other God given arts.  
  • Worship via the word of God.  Reading it, meditating on it, and praying.  
  • Third, worship thru giving. But giving encompasses everything in our life.  
Luke 6:38
38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

     Think about this.  With the same measure you use for giving, judgment, criticism, condemnation, love, blessings, forgiveness, that’s what will be measured back to you.   This is a blessing and a curse!  A blessing if we choose love, encouragement, forgiveness and other positive “things”, and a curse if we judge, condemn, gossip, and so on.

     Our goal is simple, and is incorporated right in our name, imagine this LLC, Imagine this Life, Love, Community.
